The Most Competitive Health Care Benefits :: October 2007

Providing the best and most competitive health care benefits for our clients is vital to us. We recently announced a record low healthcare premium increase for our clients and employees of only 1.1 percent for the 2007 to 2008 term effective in October. Here at ISI, our fully-insured group policy healthcare rates are extremely competitive compared to Utah’s average healthcare premium which trends an increase of 15 percent per year.

We want our clients and their employees to understand the significance of this very minimal increase. Healthcare premiums around the country continue to rise with no apparent end in site, so we are thrilled that the rate we’ve negotiated for our clients remains exceptionally low. Each year, ISI is able to negotiate phenomenal rates for our clients because of our excellent relationship with our healthcare carrier and the open lines of communication we’ve established with them.

We are committed to provide the lowest possible rates for our clients in spite of the increasing healthcare costs in Utah and across the country. ISI will combat this trend by saving its clients’ businesses and employees over thousands of dollars in health care premiums without tweaking any benefits. Our clients will always experience a true savings, and will not be affected with higher costs in any other way.

Sincerely,

John Farnsworth
President of Innovative Staffing, Inc.
