The Year Ahead
:: February 2012
As we begin 2012, we can’t help but look back on the previous year with so much gratitude to you, our clients. Thank you for your business and for trusting us with your most valuable assets, your employees. Your loyalty keeps us striving to improve and streamline processes that can make managing your business even easier.
As we look forward to the coming year, we are excited about changes that have taken
place, as well as those yet to be implemented later this year. You may have already
noticed the change of our name. We are no longer called Innovative Staffing Incorporated.
We’re now officially ISIhr. This particular change seemed necessary in order
to more accurately reflect and explain what we actually do: HR administration. But
we also wanted to maintain a sense of familiarity and recognition.
You may also notice a make-over to our logo as well.
What used to be this:

Is now this:

As with the name change, we wanted to move forward while still being recognizable
to our clients and employees.
While our look and name may be slightly different, it all represents the values and goalswe’ve always had: to be experts in our field andto make it easier for business owners to run their business.
Other changes and enhancements to come will focus on those goals and values. Economic strain forces creativity, so we’re working on creative solutions that include making reporting, employee training and access to our resources easier and more efficient for our clients.
We have many reasons to be optimistic in 2012. One of which is the decline in unemploymentclaims we personally saw in December of 2011. Utah Business Magazine is reporting a current unemployment rate of 6.4%, down from 7.6%. We hope this is an indication of the recovery of our economy and we are proud of the strength of Utah business owners to survive and succeed in this environment. We hope that we can continue to do our part to support business owners and foster their success.
Sincerely,
John Farnsworth and Michelyn Farnsworth
