Meeting High Customer Expectations
Elase Medical Spas is a medical spa treatment center that specializes in laser hair removal and medical strength skin care. These services include skin rejuvenation, Botox, vein removal, winkle fillers and laser hair removal.
Elase Medical Spas now has three stores in Utah and one in Ft. Meyers Florida. Their three Utah locations employ an estimated 35 employees and their Florida location averages about 20 employees.
After hiring ISI about a year in a half ago, Elase has seen how ISI has helped them grow. From Elase Medical Spas perspective, Innovative Staffing Incorporated has taken a lot of the administration functions that a business has to perform and enabled them to focus on their company and customers. Innovative does a lot of high level hiring and without their resources it would be really expensive for Elase to do over time. The Medical Spa Industry hires a majority of women and therefore sees a higher turn over rate of employees due to women leaving work to stay home with their children. ISI takes care of this situation that could be an individual job position for Elase.
Elase Medical Spas co-owner, Emily Thompson, said Innovative Staffing has been financially helpful in the long run creating an outlet for helping them do jobs that they themselves are not qualified to do.
"It is such a relief to know that ISI takes care of all of our administrative functions, "said Thompson. "They take a personal interest in helping our company succeed and always make us feel like we are their top priority."
ISI not only provides a suite of services including highly competitive health benefits and retirement plans, but also legal support, assisting with personnel issues and an IT person for any computer problems. ISI plays an integral part of Elase's continual growth not only in the state of Utah but in Florida as well.
"They always go the extra mile whether it's submitting our business for local distinguished awards or by helping promote our company," said Thompson. "They go above and beyond their job description."
