Meeting High Customer Expectations

ABSi (Advanced Beneift Solutions and Insurance) is an independent general insurance agency located in South Jordan Utah. Co owners and Partners, Craig Symes and Doug Peterson, started their agency in January of 2002 and have grown to be one of the largest producing agencies in the state of Utah, managing approximately 60 sub agents. Services provided by ABSi include: Individual and Group Medical benefits, Dental, Vision, Individual and Group Life insurance, LTD and STD benefits, Cafeteria and POP plans, COBRA Administration and other miscellaneous ancillary products. Because of their commitment to quality and providing valuable service and products to their clients, ABSI has developed preferred relationships with local and National carriers that have proven track records in the Utah market place. ABSI and ISI (Innovative Staffing Incorporated) have successfully facilitated a positive way for PEO (Professional Employer Organization) companies and Insurance carriers to come together and maintain responsible healthcare costs for their clients.

As one of ABSi's major clients, Innovative Staffing utilizes their expertise and services which include medical, dental, group and life insurance, as well as short term and long term (STD and LTD) disability insurance.

"I have great respect and count myself lucky to have established such a loyal partnership with Innovative Staffing," said Craig Symes, co-owner of ABSi. "Innovative Staffing approaches their business relationships with integrity and quality and as a result they continually produce progressive and innovative strategies that benefit the client, allowing the client to focus on their own business strategies and excel in their own area of expertise."

Symes added that the partnership that has developed over the years between Innovative Staffing and ABSi has added stability, quality and recognition for ISI to be a driving force and a leader in the PEO business.

"We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship in years to come and hope to keep pushing the envelope in the PEO arena," continued Symes.

ABSI and Innovative Staffing have maintained a strong partnership for over five years. Since then ABSI has seen Innovative Staffing continue to grow strong and steady with great success.

"It has been my observation that ISI has developed a very loyal and productive client base," said Symes. "One of the biggest reasons, in my opinion, is when they say they are going to do something, they do it and bend over backwards to make sure it's done right."

Symes validates ISI's commitment in providing their clients with the best solutions possible to help them succeed. ISI also recognizes that a company's best assest are people, so they continually strive to keep the needs of employees in mind to see them excel and achieve high levels of job satisfaction. ISI's own internal employees and its client's employees always have the peace of mind in knowing that they and their families are the number one priority and as a result will receive the best level of employee benefits in the PEO business.
